About Me

Hi! I'm Kirstie Pence, and I have a love for style, creativity, art, and crafts. I am especially inspired by the natural beauty of flowers, the variety of textures, the array of colors, and the overall feeling flowers bring as you hold a bouquet in your hands. As a florist, I feel such joy in bringing this feeling to others.

While earning my Horticulture degree at the University of Illinois, I figured out how I could best channel my interests. My professors helped foster my passion for flowers and to experience the complexity and beauty they possess. I participated in floral design competitions, organized campus flower exhibits, assisted a floral design professor in her lab, and realized my future would be as a florist.

After years of working in shops and as a freelance florist in the Chicago suburbs then Madison, I now work at my favorite place as a stay-at-home mom with my own wedding and event flower business.

As a floral designer, I find great satisfaction in bringing an event from concept to completion. I love creating a one-of-a-kind event for each client I meet, especially for brides. I would love to find out how I can use my gifts and experience to create one for you!
